Why turn on the black and white screen on any Android and how does the device benefit from it?

How to activate black and white screen on any Android device

Via Developer Options
This is an option that is generally found on any recent Android device. The first thing to do is activate developer options. This is achieved by accessing the Settings> Device Information> menu Build number. From the accessibility option
Some manufacturers, like Samsung, put the option to put the screen in black and white in the Accessibility section. You can find this section by entering the Settings menu, then follow this path: Accessibility> Vision> Color Adjustment> Greyscale. This will put the black and white screen on your Android device.
Another much easier way to spot this option is use the internal search engine in the settings menu. To do this, type "color adjustment", "monochrome" or "grayscale" into that search engine.
From digital well-being
If your device has Android version 9 or 10, you can put the screen in black and white in a bit of a special way. What you should do is enter the Settings menu, then look for the option Digital well-being and finally Rest mode.
In this section you can configure the grayscale on the screen. You can even configure your mobile so that at a certain time, it could be sunset, this mode is activated.
