To make the effect much better, we need to make sure our image has a dark or preferably black background. To start, let's load our image into the program, it will have a giraffe, which one lamp neon yes  wraps around the neck and ends with the name of Fufys.

If we want to create this circular path around the neck, we position ourselves on the shapes tool. We press the left mouse button and select the Path option, now let's create a new layer. And we will create a freehand path with anti-aliasing at 100. Now I go to the image, hold down the left mouse button and proceed to draw the path.



Now I go to the property bar and choose the Shapes option and we are arranging our circular path around the giraffe's neck. Once we are ready, we will choose it brush tool and we will choose the highlighter brush which has a diameter of 10, fade to 32 and 0 in opacity, then we choose the white color.

Using different tools to apply the neon light effect

Now we position ourselves on the path, right click and select the Brush stroke option along the path. Now let's hide the path and then finish the first part of this effect, now let's create a new object layer and create a mask of this object.

Then we select the Rectangle Macara and let's add fade to it. We click OK, now we select the empty layer and select the interactive fill tool.

Here we can place the fill we like best, it can be a solid color or with a gradient or solid fill. At the end we click on Apply, now we remove the mask and select the two layers.

We hook the Combine selected object buttonOnce this is finished, we need to make the spiral appear as if it has passed around the giraffe's neck.

To do this, we enlarge the image and select it Eraser tool; We choose a circular tip, 25 in diameter and fade and begin to erase. We have to erase so that the image is inside the electric one, so that it appears inside the spiral. We can zoom in for maximum detail and it fits you perfectly.


Once done, we'll write the text, choose the font, style, size and write Fufys. Now we position ourselves on the text layer, right click and choose the option Create mask from object. And we apply the same operation we do with the tracing, so that we have the same effect neon on the giraffe's name and then we can print the image if we wish.
