Let's put the text we want on our sheet, then justify it, now let's go to Format to configure the options for margin, font, spaces, etc.

First of all we will go to configure the paper options, previously we used the A5 format as standard size for making pages. But currently that measure has been discontinued and the use of A4 has been implemented, but due to the rise of the Letter format it is now more common to use this format, but it is possible to use either.

After selecting the paper size, let's move on to another point, which are the margins, which you will find next to the letter tab. We can enter the values that we explained earlier, then we choose the orientation of the sheet that will be Vertical, then we make a clip on the Apply option in the whole document and finally OK.

Then we change the font, the size and we use the ones we explained before but we suggest to use Arial and the size 12.
