For this, you will use the SmartArt tool. You can find it in the context menu Inserisci. Clicking on this option will bring up a window offering different types of graphs.

Since you are creating an organization chart, you will choose the category Hierarchy and various predefined types of hierarchical schema will be displayed. You will choose the one you like best and that fits your company structure. The standard model is with rectangles.

When you press OK, an organization chart will be automatically generated. The only thing left is to place the texts you want in each box.

On the left of the screen a window will appear with the texts you have entered in the organization chart. If you want to add more boxes, click on the category you want to expand and press the Enter key.
